Mallorca - another way to enjoy the sun

People like to go to a sunny place for their holidays. Many years ago the dream destination was Mallorca.

The aim was to relax and party in the sun. A kind of total break from the daily routine...with some excess (unfortunately).

However, mentalities and attitude are slightly changing.

According to a survey, the island of Mallorca came out on top, with 796,259 tourists staying in hotels and with 77% of aeroplane seats flying to the island sold. Given this surge in tourism, which saw a 12% rise in overnight stays in hotels on the Balearic Islands compared to the same period in 2009, it can only be considered to be a wise move by airlines that Mallorca is to get eight new flight routes next year.

That is to say, you can still take your swimm suits and towels but don't forget your walking shoes too, in order to discover the surroundings and the incredible landscapes of this island.
